Ye olde call center

Caller :    Hi, our printer is not working.  
Customer Service:    What is wrong with it?  
Caller :   Mouse is jammed.  
Customer Service: Mouse? Printers don't have a mouse you idiot.
Caller:    Mmmmm.. oh really?... I will send a picture.
